I just placed an order, when can I expect it to arrive? 

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground or Fed Ex Ground delivery. You will be sent an email update on the expected delivery date after placing your order

How do I care for my product?

Lightly brush canvas, Leather can be cleaned with a clean, damp towel.

Where and how are you products made?

All of our products are made by hand at our factory in New York City's Garment District

What guarantee do you offer?

Our product is made with Italian leather and durable canvas and finished for optimum durability. We offer a 1 year guarantee on our products. Please email us with your questions.

Do you ship Internationally?

We ship to many countries.  All duties, taxes and shipping will not be included in the shipping cost at checkout. The customer will be responsible  for any customs or duty fees upon delivery.

What is your return policy?

We will refund all purchase returned within 14 day of receipt. All bags must be returned unused  in their original packaging. Crafted Bags is not responsible for return shipping or handling fees. Please allow 7 – 10 days for credit card refunds to appear on your statement after processing.

All Clearance and Sale items are final and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
